   Bought this for work. Have lots and notes and a couple of books to carry around and was getting back ache from carrying my previous bag on my shoulder. I haven’t used the strap but looking at it looks very sturdy (commenting on last review). However, I love it. Back ache gone and the bag has lots of compartments and will take a fair bit of work documents etc. Really pleased – would recommend.

   I bought this bag as i am an inferquent business traveller, the bag looks good and has all the right compartments / space needed. I purchased it as it has the option of a shoulder strap or you can wheel it like a trolley through airports and train stations.
   Within 3 weeks of use the metal fasteners which hold the strap to the strap loops had broekn in half and come off. They are certainly not of durable qulaity – i hadnt even that much in the bag – it certainly wasnt overloaded.
   The rest of the bag still works fine – but now i am having to use an old strap from a previous bag – the metal work on the bag is shoddy to say the least.

   I ordered this product based on price and what other reviewers have said. Wanted a trolley based laptop case which had plenty of room to also carry books, files etc.
   ordered for work and it does the trick. The laptop fits smoothly into the front section with space in the back for an A4 lever arch folder, so plenty of room. Also has a number of pockets at the front for pens, diary, etc.
   Fabric exterior, with good handles and wheels. Well made.
