    Generally I am pleased with this case, it protects my laptop well and has plenty of room for files and papers too with a number of additional pockets and compartments. My only problem is that the wheels are soooooo noisy, I find it quite embarrassing pulling it through the streets to my work locations, particularly first thing in the morning when the towns are quiet, I fear I may get reported for noise nuisance!! On a positive note though it has definitely stopped my back and shoulder ache that I had with my previous laptop case. If it only had rubber wheels I’d be 100% satisfied

    It doesn’t stand! I use it everyday for work and it is a pain in the neck that I always have to find a wall or something else to put the bag against otherwise it just falls down. Very unpleasant! The seller didn’t help with the return of the item as they wanted it back with the label attached and original condition (without being used) etc. but I obviously had to try it before I found out it was the worst bag I ever bought!!!
