   There is is so much to say about this sleeve but it truly shines when you open it. The interior has an incredibly lush feel to it, so much so that it’s almost fur-like to the touch. It feels as premium as it looks. There’s a pair of elastic holds on both sides of the inner sleeve, which makes it near impossible for your laptop to move around or fall out whilst open, save for only the most vigorous of shaking. Mind you, I haven’t put it to that test just yet but it passes on all other accounts. I usually use both pairs for maximum protection, as you will see in the images I’ve attached. On the outside, protection is equally catered to, even more so in some aspects, given the rows of geometrically placed diamond foam protrusions that should protect your laptop while on the go. Just a word of caution, this is a sleeve first and foremost and as good as the protection seems, it can only go so far. Other than that, this is probably the best laptop case I’ve ever owned and it most certainly looks the part.

   This case was massively disappointing for me. I originally bought it due to the glowing reviews and positive feedback all round and when the case first arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the protective waterproof features it provided and the soft, comfy interior.

   However, when I put in my 14 inch Lenovo Yoga 500, a small, portable 14 inch laptop, I found that I was stretching the case almost to breaking point to fit the laptop in. Eventually I just gave up and have therefore not been able to use this case. The company described the case as compatible with 14 inch devices yet my small, portable 14 inch laptop doesn’t fit into it!!!

   I sent an email to the company noting this and asking if there was any ways I could recieve a refund. To my surprise, the company replied within a day saying thaat they were sorry and would happily supply me with a refund. This type of customer service is rare and much appreciated. I was so impressed with the company, I went ahead a bought a similar, but bigger, case to this one from them.
