    I bought this for my grandson for Christmas he has only used this suit case twice and the zip has broken the company are refusing to replace as it is outside of the 14 day refund policy. This suitcase is not fit for purpose do not buy one

    Absolutely rubbish product .Very poor quality hence handle broken after first use so we had to carry it rather than pulling it .It was a nightmare to get supplier refund my money.
