It arrived promptly however I was a little confused how to open the case at first as I couldn’t find the key for the lock. As it so happens, it has a key hole but comes with no key. This is meant for airport security to unlock your case without needing the code so they can check your things. To open the TSA lock initially you press in the discreet side button and afterwards you can set a unique lock combination code.
Its pricier than its competitors but you get what you pay for with this product.
